Proflo made the process so simple & beyond exceeded expectations! The customer service is outstanding from their flexibility when scheduling appointments to the kind & knowledge technicians that come out! They took care of all our needs. I was even impressed that they are so courteous to wear shoe covers when entering your property! It is definitely the attention to detail that makes a difference when using a family owned company. I am so grateful to Proflo! There is so much involved with closing escrow, it was such a relief to have found a company I can trust for heating/ac and plumbing!

The vents in my home needed to be checked.  The top floor has not been cooling well. On the recommendation  of my neighbor, I phoned Proflo to come and evaluate  my system. Danny the salesman came to my home and gave me my options. He was prompt  and professional.  He never  tried to pressure me. Within a few days Brent and Marcus the technicians came to my home to perform  the agreed upon work. They were clean and courteous.  They didn’t  not leave until I was satisfied  with  the way the system  was working.  I would  highly recommend this company  and will use them in the future.

Had a number of plumbing issues to address in my recently purchase home so I called ProFlo.   Dean came in  and quickly assessed the situation and worked very well with my home warranty  company to repair and or  replace  areas of concern in no time. He is great at what he  does, works clean and makes sure you are happy with his work. Dean is a fabulous communicator and an excellent plumber, I would most definitely you ProFlo again. Great experience at a fair price. What more can you ask for in a service provider?

Just finished with an install of a new Carrier HVAC system. ProFlo was very professional from begining to end. I called and Jaime said he would send a technician out to evaluate my issue. Joshua arrived right on time and was very polite and knowledgable. He did not try to pressure me into make a decision. He told me to talk to the GM, Jamie, to get a better picture of what was involved. He has changed his schedule to come and talk to us. We told him our issues and he explained what would be involved. We went with ProFlo. Jamie had his crew here the next day. Total install took roughly 7 hours from begining to end that included clean up. Isaac explaind every thing that his crew was going to be doing and if I had any questions feel free to ask. Isaac, Jay, Marques, and Aldo did a fantastic job. They even helped me move a washer and dryer out of my house. Now that is customer service.
