REEL (Renewable Energy Equipment Leasing)

GoGreen Financing’s REEL program offers flexible and affordable financing options for all California homeowners. However, REEL is not only specific to homeowners but also available for renters alike. REEL provides full financing for your project and allows you to use up to 30% of that financing towards non-energy improvements. No home equity is required and no lien on your property! Repayment is taken through traditional monthly payments, with no prepayment penalties, so you can pay your loan off as soon as you’d like.

Renovate America: Benji & HERO

Benji financing is exclusively available through contractors who are part of the Renovate America network, which ProFlo is proudly a part of. This means that there’s never any money down, and contractors aren’t paid until you sign off on the completion of the project and are fully satisfied with the results. Benji approves applications based on your current credit score and takes payments through standard monthly payments. This financing option can cover projects up to $50,000, and also offers flexible term lengths and fixed interest rates. 

HERO (Home Energy Renovation Opportunity)

HERO is one of our most popular financing options due to its flexible terms and generous lending caps. If you don’t have the best credit score, it would benefit you to know that approvals for HERO loans are based on your home equity rather than your credit score. The HERO program is a government-sponsored financing option that offers access to financing for energy-efficient home improvements such as eligible HVAC systems, water heaters, ductwork, and more. All HERO contractors also only accept payment once you’ve signed off on the job being entirely completed to your satisfaction. There’s also no money down, fixed interest rates, repayment through your property tax bill, and flexible term lengths to make things as easy for you as possible.
